We kindly request that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly to address the issue and provide a solution.
For exchanges, the fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original purchase and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Shopeeover does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. Items must still meet the return conditions of being unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
